Jennifer Lawrence Freshens Her Blonde Lob for the Oscars (and Wears a Jaw-Dropping Dress)
The actress debuted a brighter platinum hair color with golden highlights on the carpet, and styled the fresh look in sleek, pin-straight strands. She’s been rocking the color since November and the sharp lob doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon.

As for her style, she chose a sheer, lace gown featuring a deep V-neck, long train and tiers of black feathers.

She’s been sticking to a moody, dark color palette lately and channeled one of her favorite tops — you remember, this Tamara Mellon lace turtleneck blouse — in her 2016 Oscars gown.

Lawrence is nominated for her fourth Oscar in the Best Actress category for her work in Joy. A performance the character she portrays, Miracle Mop inventor Joy Mangano says she “so deserves.” Adding, “I can say, knowing her and seeing her as the world has seen, you forget she’s 25. I make this joke. I say, ‘She’s had to have lived other lives.’ ”
