Kylie Jenner Just Added a New Tattoo to Her Body Art Arsenal (Update)

02/11/2016 at 12:49 PM ET

It’s looking like Kylie Jenner might be taking a cue from her boyfriend Tyga when it comes to tattoos. The star added some more art to her arm a few weeks ago, and she just revealed the sentimental meaning behind it.

Her new tattoo, a once-mysterious red shape on her bicep, is her grandmother’s name written in her grandfather’s handwrting, and matches her other two tattoos — “sanity” spelled phonetically on her hip, and a red heart right below her shoulder — which are both also done in red ink. It seems that this is a trend that she’s sticking to, after her last tattoo reveal on Instagram was captioned “All red.”

The tattoo went down in N.Y.C. a few weeks ago, and her parent, Caitlyn, may or may not have been okay with the situation. Kylie took to Snapchat (what else?) to show the whole thing in action — first, her best friend Harry Hudson getting inked on his finger, and then herself, grimacing in pain while Caitlyn walked around in the background, saying “I have no idea what’s going on.”

Well, now we know.

What do you think of the meaning behind her new ink? Tell us below!

Those aren’t tats – they’re skeeter bites.

“Grimacing in pain?” From what? Trying sooo hard to be a bad girl and has no idea how to be tough. I’ve got 26 tats and never “grimaced in pain”. One took 17 HOURS (over 5 days) to do. That little freckle she got probably took all of 20 minutes. Boo hoo, bad girl.

Body Art Arsenal???? She has 3 tiny things that look like flea bites. Artist must have used a magnifying glass to draw them !

What!? She got a a tattoo!? Oh, I’m so thrilled that she got a teeny tattoo. Oh, the pain! Hahaha, I got 5 so far and believe me that isn’t a tattoo… More like a tiny ink blotch! Shoot, my 19 year old got a really cool tattoo.. Wanna report on that?! She sat in a chair for a hour and didn’t wince.. Move on! I was expecting something more elaborate….

Ah, what a bonding moment between the two (rolls eyes).

New tattoo? Poor thing. Her mother tried putting both she and Kendall up as models but only Kendall succeeded. In her line of work, she can’t have tattoos. Khloe has tattoos too and she’s not model material.

I am so hoping someone at this magazine reads these comments. Are you kidding me with the “Finally! We get to know what her STUPID TATTOO means?!?!??! WHO THE F**K cares?! Perhaps if you stopped covering their EVERY move (next we’ll have to see them going to the bathroom!) perhaps they would GO AWAY.
