Kylie Jenner Says Her Lip Kits 'Probably Taste Good'
The names of Kylie Jenner‘s latest round of Lip Kit shades are fairly self explanatory: Mary Jo, named after her grandmother, Koko, named after her sister Khloé, and Posie, which a fan named. The first round of shades, however, included titles that weren’t as obvious — and have kept us guessing. But thanks to a new video on her website, now we have answers to all of our looming lip kit questions — including the fact that, yes, those are her lips on the packaging.
First up, Dolce K, the brownish nude shade that she’s always wearing.
“Dolce was my childhood dog,” she reveals. He was a chihuahua and I had him for like 8 or 9 years — that’s his little tribute. I pretty much wanted to make a color for every skin tone. I feel like Dolce looks different on a lot of people.”
Jenner then says that her friends used to call her Candy, which inspired the name for the pinkish nude shade, Candy K. And while she didn’t need to explain the meaning behind True Brown K, which speaks for itself, she does say that her makeup artist sparked the shade.
“The first time I ever saw brown lipstick ever was on Joyce Bonelli our makeup artist, and she kind of inspired me to start doing brown lips,” Kylie shares.

And about the vanilla flavor that reminds us of middle school? She hasn’t tried eating them, but she says that she’s “sure they taste good”.
