Teresa Giudice Matches Daughter Gia in Fur Coat and Chanel Clutch at First Red Carpet Appearance Since Prison Release

01/15/2016 at 03:13 PM ET

Ever since Teresa Giudice was released from prison for fraud charges in December, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been spending quality time with her family. She also returned to her glam ways. Giudice (immediately!) got an at-home spray tan and beauty treatments (including a hydrafacial). So it’s not shocking that for her first red carpet appearance Thursday night, she was clad in head-to-toe designer fashions.

Teresa enjoyed a night out with permission from her parole officer (she’s still on house arrest until Feb. 5) to celebrate sister-in-law Melissa Gorga’s new store, Envy By Melissa. She brought her oldest daughter Gia as her red carpet date, wearing mother-daughter-coordinating fur coats and Chanel clutches.

Teresa wore a shimmery gold Bailey top with lace-print Nicole Miller pants and studded Valentino boots. Gia went with a BCBG crop top, Aqua mini skirt and Tory Burch knee-highs. And they both chose coordinating black and white fuzzy fur coats (Teresa in Adrienne Landau and Gia in a faux fur Guess) and accessorized with similar quilted Chanel clutches. (Who wouldn’t “love, love, love” these looks?)

As for Gorga, she debuted a new lob on the carpet after chopping off  “several inches” according to her hairstylist, Jennifer O’Neill. She chose one of her favorite designers, Elizabeth and James, in a sexy, oblique-showing halter dress teamed with Saint Laurent sandals.

After her HSN jewelry line saw so much success (it “sells out all the time”) she told People that opening a store front felt like a natural progression, “It felt like the next move. It’s pretty exciting.”

Losers, scammer and simply discusting.

Has her parole officer denied any trip/outing she has requested? She is not under house arrest–she has all the freedom she wants. Is she required to wear an ankle bracelet?

My sister is the best hairstylist in ny!! That cut is gorgeous and super flattering. Great job Jen.

Is Gia’s outfit the same as the one worn by Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman…when she portrayed a hooker?

Julesy on

They look like a pair of very unattractive hookers. Gia wears much too much makeup for her age.

you should only wear clothes that you bought with your hard earned money and not stolen or from fraud that you pretend to own these type of clothes but it was all from taking from banks and it never belonged to you. Please dress your child age appropriately and not to look like she on her way to some street corner and her make up is more face paint than a clown wears.

She’s really not that bad looking, but her eyes remind me of those Victorian portraits of the dead when they paint the eyes on the closed eyelids.

Ugh, hookers. Looks like she is botoxed and filled.

Just goes to show you that crime DOES pay. Of course that all depends on how much it costs to buy the Judge as in this case.
