PHOTOS: Jessica Springsteen (Yes, Bruce's Daughter) Fronts Gucci's New Equestrian Collection

Jessica Springsteen’s last name may be synonymous with rock-and-roll royalty, but the 22-year-old daughter of Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa is paving her own career path — and it’s a fashionable one. Jessica stars as Gucci’s new Equestrian ambassador and is opening up to Editorialist magazine about her role and her famous family.

In the shoot, Jessica poses on her family’s 300-acre horse farm in Colts Neck, New Jersey, as she poses in a variety of all-American looks (and shows off her impeccable riding form). She opens up about her early years traveling the world with her dad and the E Street Band.

“When we were little, my brothers and I were always on tour,” the brunette model shared. “We’d have to wear those big headphones the entire concert and go backstage halfway through the show to take naps.”

Her famous dad also stopped by the shoot to give his daughter some coaching. “You’re a tiger, Jess,” he quipped. His favorite look? The biker jacket seen in the photo below, of course! “She’s bringing the rock,” he said.

Jessica’s parents have always been on hand to show their support. “They’ve been giving me the same advice my whole life: Follow your passion,” she said.

And right now, the star’s passion involves riding horses and her partnership with the Italian label, which just introduced its fourth equestrian-themed collection, including black blazers, saddle pads and more, all featuring her initials, J.R.S. “Gucci is all about strength and confidence,” Jessica said. “Those are the two most important characteristics as an equestrian.”

Adds Gucci’s Creative Director Frida Giannini, “Jessica is a great horsewoman. She brings the elegant, dynamic spirit of Gucci alive.”

What do you think of the Gucci x Jessica Springsteen collection? Are you a fan of the shoot? Share your thoughts below.

“Follow your passion” and remember to mention our last name.

Too bad Julianne Phillips isn’t her mom. She would be beautiful!

Deb Too on

She is a beautiful young lady, and apparently one with a future as she won the last major show she took part in. To those who think she has the wrong mother, grow up! Her mom is the woman her father was meant for.

Susan on

Just like all the other “stars” kids, not much talent, so-so looks, but a last name that will open the doors. She won’t be in the news too long…

She’s awesome . Shes a great rider and shes beautiful. I cant believe some of the negative comments. Typical internet stuff. All jealousy.

Professionally trained and very expensive horses, endless riding lessons from the best, days on end with no job to interfere with practice, best gear money can buy. Why shouldn’t she be good? Still she rides too far forward.

Oh please people, you are just so jealous! She is beautiful and accomplished, you never see or hear anything about her or her brother in the tabloids……their parents kept them out of the limelight. Good job BOSS!!

She should be wearing a riding helmet when mounted.
