WATCH AND SHOP: Love These Featherweight Rose Gold Earrings!

08/04/2014 at 06:00 AM ET

When we first shared designer April Soderstrom’s featherweight earrings with you last fall, the jewelry sold like crazy. And really, we weren’t surprised. April’s hoops are so light that you don’t realize they’re in … until someone compliments you on them (which happens a lot when you’re wearing her designs). And now she’s offering two earrings in a gorgeous rose-gold finish.

The fish hoop is one of the designer’s best-selling styles and the hoop with the dangling Swarovski crystal is exclusive so you can’t get it anywhere but right here! And like we mention in the video, that one doubles as a simple hoop, too — just slide off the crystal to convert it.

Click here to order the earrings. And don’t forget to enter PEOPLE10 at checkout to get an extra 10% off orders over $50 and free shipping (valid for first-time Joyus shoppers only).

And be sure to check out more stuff we love — all eligible for that exclusive discount! — here.

yeah, sorry, i’m gonna go there: how much “designing” is involved in bending a piece of wire into a fish-shaped oval or (more complex!) bending it into a circle and hanging a bead from it. you can find a billion of these earrings on, for a lot less. what a racket.

As usual, you’re advertising a product that’s overpriced. That flimsy piece of wire shouldn’t cost any more than $10. I’ve had earrings like this in the past and bent them just trying to put them in. Once bent, you can never get them back to their original state.

I totally agree with you Mrs. B, I bought a pair of earrings just like them but they were shaped into hearts for valentines day and I got them from avon for $10 and they are so cheaply made and as you stated they bent into different shape while trying to put them in. Waste of $10 in my opinion.
