“Indoors and black tie,” she says of her vision for the event. “For the palette, I’m not into loud colors. I like black and white, classic and clean.”

Ciara also has her bridesmaids’ dresses figured out. “There will be five or six and two matrons of honor [including La La Anthony]. They’ll all wear the same color, but in different styles to suit their personalities. I want my ladies to look amazing!”

As for her own dress, Ciara told PEOPLE she’s in the market for something that’s a “little vintage-y”, but we’re loving the long-sleeve embroidered Chantilly lace Reem Acra gown she wears on the Brides cover. (Her close friend Kim Kardashian wore a long-sleeve lace gown for her big day, and we wonder if Ciara will follow suit!)

Something she definitely will have in common with Kardashian’s wedding to Kanyé West: Ciara and Future’s musician friends will lend their talents to the proceedings. “A few of our friends will sing, and we’ll have a great DJ — good old soul mixed with new stuff,” she says. “You want people to say, ‘This is my jam!'”

And while she’s very excited for the wedding, the star says she really can’t wait for married life. “Raising a baby together, traveling around the world, and creating new moments,” she says of what she’s most looking forward to. “I love that I won’t think twice about what I’m doing in life, because I know I’m doing it all for the person I love most. And I know he’s doing the same in return.”

She’s an attractive woman, but her hair would probably look better dark brown. Blonde hair doesn’t do justice to all women, no matter the ethnicity.

I was fine reading the article until Kim Kardashian’s name came up. I’m out.

Really, what was the point of bringing up Kim Kardashian? Contrary to what Kim may think, not everything is about her.

Ciara looks beautiful and deserves the limelight herself. Not comparisons to other brides.

Guess on

So much work done to her face she probably doesn’t even recognize herself.

The irony of the white wedding dress.

A white dress has meaning behind it. Why can’t these hos get that? You have a baby, remember?

The hairstyles look terrible. Did Brides not have someone on staff the day they took these pictures?

@PeeP….White wedding dresses have hardly no meaning behind them anymore, maybe 30 some years ago. It’s safe to say that the majority of brides who walk down the aisle (in white) these days are NOT virgins, which I might add is their business. And what’s with the “hos” comment? Because she’s a single mother….she’s a “ho” or do you just put all women in that category?

Every time I look at her I’m struck by how masculine she looks…even with all the makeup fake hair and the touching up of her photos she looks like a…well it starts with a “T” and rhymes with nanny.
