Jessica Simpson isn’t gonna take things sitting down.

The star has posted a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at her new Weight Watchers commercial, and although her snazzy on-set chair sits empty in the foreground, it’s the singer’s va-va-voom figure that has everyone standing up in attention.

In the snapshot, the blonde bombshell and mother of two wears a sleek crisscross halter minidress, her famously voluptuous curves amply doing justice to the frock’s body-hugging silhouette.

“Too proud to sit down!! Behind the scenes of my new commercial. Thanks @weightwatchers,” Simpson, 33, captioned the image.

Of course, the singer-turned-fashion mogul, who is mom to daughter Maxwell Drew, 21 months, and son Ace Knute, 7 months, is anything but shy when it comes to flaunting her post-baby figure.

Just four months after delivering Ace, she rocked skinny jeans and a fitted white button down in a sunny Twitpic.

And last month, she posted a snapshot in — surprise, surprise — yet another body-skimming little black dress, this one with a dramatic slit slicing down the décolletage.

Oh, Mama.

I might look like that if I had a personal cook to make my WW meals, a personal trainer, and someone to photoshop my pictures for my paid ads!

Does she have anything that isn’t black?

Can anyone say “airbrushed”

Congrats to Jessica for losing weight and looking great! Shame on those who try to pick her apart and be rude; when will women start being supportive of each other? Jessica never says mean thing about anyone; why do you people?

fav88– no, you would NOT look like that, because you would find some other reason to whine and claim you could lose the weight IF! I had 3 children in 4 years, a sick mother who came to stay with us so I could take care of her (it was necessary, so I did), and no help in sight other than my husband when he came home from work. I prepared all our meals, took care of the children (one with special needs), and I exercised in my own home the best I could, I walked, and ate healthy as did my family. I chose to take care of myself when pregnant, so I didn’t gain 60 lbs to begin with. I lost all the weight within a month of delivery, I was in my regular clothes from day 5, and not once did I look at anyone else and say, “if only….”. There is always someone skinnier, richer, prettier, living in a nicer house….the list is endless. The truth is, you can do your best where you are, and stop being envious of others. I am so SICK of posts that say, “I could do it too, if I had a trainer, personal chef, and lots of money.” You can do it anyway, choice is yours!!

Chill, Gretchen. It’s real cute you could wear your normal clothes 5 days PP but that doesn’t happen for most people. (Or maybe you only wear yoga pants? Some people take liberties with their size when it comes to stretchy pants.) Even if you only gain 30 lbs, most women have a noticeable tummy for weeks to months and if you’re nursing, you’ll have significant larger boobs until you stop. My ‘can’t normally fill out a size small’ boobs couldn’t fit into my old tops for close to a year each because I was breastfeeding.

Side note to people, a ‘minidress’ does not reach one’s knees.

I think she looks pretty good since she is so short it takes a lot of lost pounds to show up. Her legs, calves will always be chunky now that she is older. I don’t think she will ever look like she did in her daisy dukes Why do they say things like “mini dress” when it is clearly knee length. She has done a good job considering how chunky she got. I love her silliness and those kids are so loved by mom and dad

I totally agree with Gretchen. Hollywood is all about smoke and mirrors, so everyone (celebrities as well as unknown models and everyday people) has some degree of photoshopping or alterations done to advertisement pictures to make them look as good as possible. It happens all the time so I don’t see why people are taking the time to criticize Jessica like it’s this new scandalous thing. She definitely has lost weight since giving birth and she looks great. It just seems that people have somrthing negative to say no matter what the situation is…people are accused of not losing as much weight as they are portrayed to have lost in pictures and their photos are altered to display a false degree of weight loss or they have actually lost a considerable amount of weight and are either still accused of photoshopping, wearing spanx or various methods of altering their appearance in the photo or picked apart and criticized for having resources that aren’t available to everyone (chefs, nannies, personal trainers, plastic surgery, flexible schedules and so on) as the reason for the weight loss. It’s just sad. I personally don’t care how Jessica Simpson lost the weight, how much weight she lost or how accurately these pictures of her represent her weight loss. It’s common sense that all photos are tweaked in one way or another to make the subject look as good as possible so there’s no need to state the obvious and pick her picture apart or put her down to feel better about myself. Regardless of how much the photo has been altered, it’s a great picture of her and she looks great in it…end of story ♡
