Eddie Murphy’s daughters made their modeling debuts in the past few years — Bria, 24, was named the face of Dark & Lovely haircare in 2011, while Shayne, 19, signed with an agency last year. And now they can check one major milestone off their modeling checklist at the same time: They’ve both posed for sexy lingerie photos.

Bria (right) and Shayne, whose mom is model Nicole Murphy, both got in front of the lens for photographer Dimitri Ray, who seems to specialize in the genre for his studio Epic LA. Both girls then posted the photos to their own Instagram accounts, along with a few more sultry shots from the session.

In a Mother’s Day story for PEOPLE from 2012, Nicole commented on her two budding models, saying, “Bria is a mixture of me and her father. Shayne has her own look … They’re beautiful. I’ve always told them you have to have tough skin if you’re going to be in this business.” Shayne said of her recent start in the modeling industry, “I thought it would be fun getting coached by my mom and sister,” while Bria added “I give her hints on how to pose or smile. I repeat a lot of things Mom tells us!”

From the looks of things, all that familial career advice is paying off. What do you think of the photos? Weigh in below.

Well are Victoria secret models destiny to do PORN. I don’t think so . Come on people don’t be jealous cause you can’t look like these beautiful women.

These girls are gorgeous and very sexy. However, the shots are intended to sell sex, not lingerie. Call me old fashioned and elitist, but I just wish they chose a more classy profession. Can’t they afford to? I’d hate to think these young ladies are Kardasians in training or that they go the way of Laurence Fishbourne’s daughter. Not what I’d want for my girls.

they are both gorgeous — we see people at the beach wearing less than this.

They are beautiful young ladies. Their mother was a model also, so why not. I think they are old enough to make these decisions. Although, I think I would have rather seen them model the lingerie standing, or sitting and not on a bed.

The one on the right sure looks a lot like her mother. Not really feeling the one on the left.

I think they are both beautiful and the pictures are tasteful and well done. It is no worse than a bathing suit shot or shot for victoria’s secret. They are making their own careers not hanging around some successful man hoping to hook on to him for his money. Both of their parents are wealthy but they are out making their own way. More power to them, brains and beauty you can’t beat it.

Taking pages from the Kardashians????

They’re models (like their mom) trying to get picked up by Victoria Secret, not porn stars. Chill out! At least they’re not trying to make sex tapes giving bjs to get discovered.

I don’t find these photos any more risqué than a Victoria’s Secret catalog and I would much rather have mom coaching than have them fall into hands of an indecent manager or photographer. Both are beautiful young ladies.

Big deal what’s wrong with modeling lingerie? At least they don’t make porn tapes like the K sisters to sell.
