What do you think of the shoes Nicole Kidman‘s wearing in these Jimmy Choo ads? Don’t worry, we’ll give you a moment. We know you might be a little distracted by everything else that’s happening (or not happening, we guess) in the ads.

Back with us? Good. Now we can talk about Kidman’s latest ads for the designer accessories line. Certainly Kidman’s been sexy in her Choo shoots before — her first campaign was mysterious and sultry, while her second was total Bardot-esque bombshell (and had Kidman confessing to dancing on tables!). But they’ve got nothing on her latest photos, which have her showing off her mile-long stems while artfully concealing other assets with a well-placed clutch or blazer.

Kidman’s ads, shot by photographer Solve Sundsbo, were inspired by the theme of “Nature Unleashed,” which you can see in the walk-on-the-wild-side photos like the one below (and if you’re coveting those green shoes, you can blame that on your animal instincts as well).

It’s a big turn for the star most often associated with an elegant, Grace Kelly type of icy beauty or for her laid-back Nashville mom style — and we love that’s she’s playing up her knockout side in her Jimmy Choo ads.

As it turns out, she does too: “I really enjoyed working with Solve,” she said in a statement. “It was fun to shoot new and surprising perspectives, it felt a little bit daring [and] dangerous. I loved the minimal styling and how the shoes and bags became like a sensual second skin to me.”

What do you think of Kidman’s super-glam ads? Now that you’ve gotten a good look at the shoes and bags, any on your lust list?

wow, this does not look like nicole kidman! she’s already pretty as is and at her age. how sad they have to photoshop her and all stars with such natural beauty. it’s like nobody ever appreciates god’s gift!

Uggg.. not attractive, and not how she looks at “real” life..why would they want her anyway for their spokesperson, she’s pretty much done in Hollywood. A mother of four kids, two are very young little girls…trying to think of any other celebrity mother that would set this example…not coming up with anyone.

Hardly looks like her at all and I adore her. What is going on in these photos? Is she on the floor? On a table? What’s with the swirly lights and underwear? Did she just get some 50 shades in an office while wearing Jimmy Choos? What? Really, I don’t get it. Love the shoes but that’s not what these photos bring focus to…I’m too distracted by the busy angles, poses, photoshopping and lighting to want the shoes. Weird.

When will ‘ads’ (for lack of a better description) stop morphing their subjects into unrecognizable aliens?! Her face looks heavily photoshopped (where is all of her nose?) and her body is made to appear elongated, so much so that she looks almost 8′ tall. Fail Nicole. Fail jimmy.

I don’t see anything overly fascinating about the pics. She is trying to be daring and they are nice pics but also overly photoshopped. We know what she looks like. Just like we know that BeyoncĂ© does not have long, blonde hair, let alone a full head of hair. Kim K., etc…

Mighty disappointed in her decision to do this…Kinda thought she had more class than this…Oops. My ‘bad” as they say. Ah well, another one “bares all” to maintain fame, or some such nonsense. Imagine her children and Keith really support her doing this? Yeah. Sure. Right.

Fake and pathetic. Totally agree…why choose a woman who is nearly fifty so that you can make her at least 25 years younger and change her completely?
