We Can't Stop Talking About Anna Faris's Sparkly People's Choice Awards Pantsuit

If you were watching the People’s Choice Awards red carpet arrivals as intently as we were, you probably noticed one star’s outfit stood out from the sea of short, body-hugging dresses. (Ahem, Jessica Alba.) Anna Faris eschewed the typical red carpet look for a gorgeous beaded, ivory pantsuit, and landed on our “best dressed” list.

The Mom star stepped out of her comfort zone in the daring Naeem Khan ensemble, keeping the rest of her look simple, down to her sleek ponytail, created by Suave Professionals celebrity stylist Jenny Cho — which you can do at home with a large barrel curling iron, an elastic and some hairspray.

The outfit is a stark contrast to her bold Emmys look from September, a bright yellow Monique Lhuillier dress and matching platinum blonde hair. We weren’t sure what to expect for this go-around, but Faris proved herself a worthy red carpet risk taker. (And husband Chris Pratt seemed to agree — check out the smooch he planted on her in this 360° Vine below!)

So glad to see someone else liked this, was surprised when others put it as worst dressed. I thought it was a great choice for her and that it looked different yet appropriate. Big thumbs up!

Absolutely loved this outfit, it was much prettier than some of the goofy dresses that were worn this time.

I think it’s gorgeous!

And I thought you hated it from the headline on the front page. This is why grammar is important, people (and People). There is a big difference between “No joke!” and “No, joke!”
