Summer’s over, bikinis are packed up and you’re not quite in “new years makeover mode” just yet. How’s a girl supposed to get motivated to hit the gym? Well, we suppose looking at Kate Hudson‘s fit-spirational figure in her new Fabletics workout gear can’t hurt.

The star’s brand-new athletic line, which she co-founded with JustFab, hit the web today and she’s got lots of fun extras, from her own personal picks to a video that explains her mission (check it out below). She reiterates many of the things we chatted about with her in September: That she wants to create affordable products for women of all body types and lifestyles.

“I’ve always lived an active lifestyle,” Hudson says in the video. “I was always looking for high-quality, affordable athletic wear that was also hip. Clothes that women would love wearing all day.” But her design skills weren’t the only thing that came into play — she’s also hoping to create an online community focused on getting fit in style. Fabletics members can take advantage of the assembled a crew of experts to get fitness tips and advice to maximize your workout (and look really cute while doing so).

We have our eye on a few pieces for sure, but what we’re really loving is Hudson’s goal of community and support for girls looking to get fit. Because as we’re facing down Halloween candy, Lord knows we could use a little extra help. To learn more, check out the just-launched site, and tell us, are you excited to check out her new line?

“Clothes for all body types” yet the commercial only shows one…

stretchy pants and a sports bra. How unique.

So much for women of all body types. An XL on this site is size 12-14. And that’s the biggest size I could find on the site. Most places an XL is 16-18. So I’m kind of disappointed that those of us over size 14 and want to look nice while working out are out of luck here. The clothes themselves are super cute, but a bit pricy.

I don’t love her collection. All the pants are tight in the rear. I can’t stand that because my gym is a “meat head” gym and I don’t need any extra focus on my rear.

I had an email that gave me an outfit trial for 4.95 and I LOVE the leggings. I am living in them. I have never owned workout leggings (since, um, I rarely workout) but they are very good quality and extremely comfy. The monthly fee is a bit much for me, but the clothes themselves are really nice imo

I was excited about this, until I realized that it was apart of the FAB franchise. And, sorry, but that just turns me off.

All body types? As long as you’re no bigger than the average sized US woman (14). Sorry, Kate, I know you can do better than this.

Same ol’ stuff I already have. She looks too boney to advertise workout clothes.

She was sooo fat when she had her first son, you’d think she’d have sizes that other post-partum women could work out in!

Target is fine.
