Surprise! Jennifer Aniston Often Doesn't Blow Dry Her Hair

We know, we know — we couldn’t believe it, either. But that’s what Jennifer Aniston revealed to Redbook in her interview for their October issue. “I usually shape the hair around my face with my fingers — just twist it and then refine it with a brush and let it air-dry.”

That sensation you’re feeling wash over you now is called hair envy.

What’s more, she also shares two other pieces of no-way news. For one, she uses the same amount of hair product as her fiancĂ©, Justin Theroux. (Yes, the same dude who rides a motorcycle and struts around in badass boots and a leather jacket.) We’re not sure if that means she doesn’t use much or he uses a ton, but either way, color us surprised.

And second, she’d never — that’s right, never — try red lips. “Super bleached blondes — like Gwen Stefani — can get away with it, but it’s tough to pull off with my color.” [Editor’s note: We beg to differ, and in fact, would love to see you take more beauty risks. But it’s your world, Aniston.]

Which of these secrets do you find most surprising? Do you think Aniston should take a style risk and try red lips?

I do this too it’s not that uncommon.

I think the red lips thing is a stab at Angelina. We all know she’s pulled that off many times and she doesn’t have bleach-blonde hair.

I almost always let my hair air-dry, too. Helps your hair stay healthier if you don’t damage it with chemicals (dye/perms), heat (curling irons/flatteners/blow driers) or product.

Blow drying drys out your hair…..I have been told that so all I do is towel dry my hair and brush it with a wide tooth comb as I was told a brush should not be used on wet hair.

Her hair is the same all the time. Boring.

I read her comments on redbook. She is just pushing her Living Proof hair line…who cares? Her hair is so boring anymore….

Wow. Amazing news. I don’t blow dry my hair either – blow drying is actually not good for hair.

It’s great she has nice hair, because she has no talent……..she’s more celebrity than actor……………
