Petra Ecclestone became known this summer as the world’s richest bride. But her older sister Tamara is no slouch in the luxury department, either — particularly when it comes to shoes.

Tamara, 27, a TV personality in Britain and the daughter of Formula One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, opened her shoe closet to Closer magazine to reveal 100 pairs of Christian Louboutin heels, 15 pairs of Ugg boots, 20 pairs of sneakers (“though I never work out,” she tells the magazine) and a handful of Ginas and Jimmy Choos.

The value of her shoes alone? Easily $100,000, the Daily Mail estimates.

Her shoes and clothes take up the entire spare bedroom of Ecclestone’s apartment in London’s chic Chelsea district. She also owns loads of designer bags and dresses, and admits that she “usually only wears clothes once.” The Closer staff believes her entire wardrobe to be worth around one million British pounds.

“My mum’s horrified by the amount I spend on clothes,” the socialite shares. But she’s determined to change her ways. “People think I’m a spoiled rich girl, but I want to demonstrate that I’m more than just the daughter of someone famous.” For more with Eccelstone, pick up the latest issue of Closer, on British newsstands now. Tell us: Do you think her clothing collection is excessive?

You never work out??? I bet she never lies either. It must be nice at 28 to keep your figure without setting foot in a gym.

Excessive ? When thousands of people die everday from hunger, malnutrition and disease ? When children come to school without having breakfast ? When there are mentally ill people living on the streets ? Do you really need to ask ???

Nice – wish I had a closet like that — full of shos and clothes.

I think she’s a hoarder. once you’ve worn them out give them away. who really really needs that many pairs of shoes. looks like someone’s compensating.

Now, it would be great if she would give more to charities, and all that, but please note, she’s not required to. I don’t understand why everyone expects rich people to just give their money away simply because they’re rich.

Here we go again withe the she could save the world instead of buying clothes. What are you doing Suzan to save the world? You do not know if she gives back, maybe she donates just as much money to Charity as she spend on clothes/shoes. I am sure you have no idea.

Would LOVE to know how “usually only wears clothes once” isn’t excessive. LOVE that Ecclestone is coming out to “Closer” declaring that she’d “like” to show the world that she’s not a spoiled brat. Actions speak louder than words!

wow, she has some bloody huge feet!!!! yep she sure could ‘stand’ to give some of those shoes away but who else has feet that big? lol She should focus on helping others with all her millions she throws away on shoes and clothes and yes, for the record I help those who have less than I do and I am not a rich person by any means.
