Kate Hudson Goes Brunette

She’s wigging out! After taking some time off to bond with her family — including son Ryder, baby Bing and fiancĂ© Matthew Bellamy — Kate Hudson surfaced in New York City on Tuesday sporting a new hair hue.

The actress, seen on the set of her latest film, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, was wearing a curly brunette wig — quite a change from her typical straight blonde locks. But naturally, she made the faux hair look pretty fabulous. Between takes, the mom grabbed snacks with Ryder, and visited with Bellamy. Tell us: What do you think of Hudson’s latest look?

She has such a beautiful face she could go bald – but blonde looks best on her.

Ha! For some reason, the title of this movie reminds me of “The Rural Juror” even if its not as fun to say. (*30 Rock reference)

Reminds me of Debra Winger in the movie An Officer and a Gentleman.

Glad it’s a wig (like we couldn’t tell…). It looks horrible on her, but if she’s playing a frump, it’s perfect!

Technically she did not go brunette as this is a wig for a movie not her dying her hair for real
