What takes 150 hours to make, has 10,000 crystals, weighs two lbs. and will be worn by one of Hollywood’s bubbliest blondes? No, it’s not a riddle –- it’s the custom Swarovski red dress and heart-themed necklace that Julianne Hough will be modeling in Wednesday’s Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection Fashion Show. While Hough told PEOPLE at her recent fitting at the N.Y.C. Swarovski showroom that her necklace “feels light on”, she does admit to just the slightest bit of jitters at walking in the star-studded show (fellow models include Audrina Patridge and Giuliana Rancic). “This is my first time walking a catwalk in a runway show. I’m a little nervous but I think I can do it.” Hough jokes that it’s different than her years on Dancing with the Stars because “you have to walk. As long as I’m jumping around, moving my hips, I’m good, but walking in a straight line might be a little difficult.” At least she loves what she’s wearing on the catwalk, calling the shimmering Swarovski crystal necklace and matching satin gown designed by Swarovski Creative Director Nathalie Colin “pretty unbelievable.” But it was the cause behind Red Dress Heart Truth (hearth health for women) and the partnership with Swarovski that drew the Footloose star in. Besides, Hough laughs, “It makes sense. They’re really glitzy and glam-y, and so am I.” Shop for pieces from Swarovski’s Heart Truth collection, inspired by Julianne’s couture piece, on swarovski.com! –Melissa Liebling-Goldberg

Not loving the dress, but she is gorgeous – as always.

Julianne looks AMAZING! I love the dress. I’m not all that crazy about the necklace part but still think it’s pretty. Not something I’d wear.

Also, there is a vast difference in proportions of a human woman and that of a fashion sketch. Google it. The sketch is a SKETCH, not a human. It is made to look slimmer, taller, more angular than a human to make the dress sketch look more flattering. It obviously WORKS as it tricked your eyes!

the sketch looks much better

It’s a wonderful dress but i think it would look good on somebody else. It’s kinda too much for her.

Susan Lewis on

It’s pretty. It would have flattered her more if it was blue.

With some heels and her hair up instead of down, she could pull this off!

Pretty dress but needs a few more curves beneath it.The dress is wearing her.

Love the dress and love it on Julianne, the necklace is pretty, but a little to large. It’s for a good cause so as I pay my monthly cardiologist bill I applaude them

1. She’s too short for that dress
2. The fabric is too stiff….. the sketch flows better, like silk instead of taffeta.
