Who Wears Her Smiley Sleeves Better: Katy Perry or Paris Hilton?

We’ve heard of wearing your heart on your sleeve, but we’ve never actually ventured to wear an emoticon! On Thursday, Paris Hilton visited an L.A. costume shop festively dressed in a top with spherical smile sleeves, braided driver’s cap and two festooned pups. And though the animated look might seem unique to the heiress, Katy Perry wore the very same top over a year ago! While performing at the Manchester academy in the U.K last February, the quirky pop star styled the same enthusiastic sleeves with a polka-dotted swing skirt, bow-adorned tap shoes and a Betty Page bob. The better question Is why are those two old hags wearing smiley faces, on their sleeves? After the age of four this not a cute look!!!

The smiley shirts look like a kindergarten project.
