We already pondered whether or not going vampy was Mandy Moore‘s best look — but just because something does or does not work on a star doesn’t mean that it can’t work for us. Deep red lips are a hot trend for fall, but would you wear a dark color like that? Tell us: Would you wear Mandy’s deep red lipstick? Or are you sticking to neutral and bright tones for fall?

I like the shade of color, but not really on Mandy. Mandy should stick with more nude-neutral colors. Mandy may look good with some flare of color lipstick, but not really this color, in my opinion. I do have to say though, I like her more adult look better, she should keep it up.

I don’t like the dark lipstick at all! I love Mandy though! She should definitely stick to natural looking makeup!

I think this a classic look that looks good on anyone with enough guts to wear it. Bold can sometimes be seen as self confidence – something all women should have!

I don’t think that shade suits her very well but if I could find a deeper shade that looked nice I would try it for sure.

No, don’t like it at all. But I like Mandy Moore.

I think she needed just another shade of red to pull this off. Something a little brighter perhaps…with her hair down. Maybe it would work then?

Hello, NO I would feel to insecure to wear anything so dramatic. I like more medium colors and I feel that when you start to get older around age:40 as myself that you need to really lighten up to stay looking younger and fresher. Although I think that this looks works for a young woman such as Mandy but not for daywear. Thanks, Carol.

Mandy Moore is definitely a gorgeous girl, however this dark lipstick does no do her justice. For her complexion I would rather see her with light pinks, or shimmery colors that are more pastel.

She’s such a pretty girl, but with that dark hair and lipstick she looks almost goth. Plus with such a pale face, the dark above and below make her eyes look shrunken and too far apart. Stay away from the dark side Mandy, it doesn’t suit you very well at all!
