Sniff-n-Tell: Covet by Sarah Jessica Parker

Sarah Jessica Parker first joined the fragrance market with Lovely, a sweet scent that combined lavender, orchid, apple and amber into a light and flirty musk. Now the recently turned designer has introduced Covet — which is a fragrance opposite of Lovely. Though still ultra feminine, Covet has a more seductive edge. Blending chocolate, magnolia and amber musks this scent starts off very heavy but fades into a more burnt musk. Wait until the fall comes along before wearing Covet — it will be perfect for when the leaves start turning! Get your own bottle or lotion, starting at $52, available at Tell Us: Would you wear SJP’s new scent? Do you like her Lovely?

personally i do not think Covet smells good. it smells like any olds cheap perfume. id bathe in a tub of J’Lo’s Glow before id spray of drop of Covet on my skin. booooooo !! ::gives thumbs down:: :( Lovely was ok but ive wore better. Even Victoria Secrets ‘Heavenly’ is better than both of SJP’s perfumes.

Lovely is my favorite perfume right now, so I was totally stoked to smell covet. The first time I smelled covet I did not like it. The smell was to strong, but after letting it sit for a few minutes, it became such a pretty smell. Now I can’t wait to buy a bottle.

I think Sarah Jessica Parker doing another fragrance is brilliant! I don’t understand how anyone can’t like her!
