Maybe for teenagers but not for adults.

lizz on

no one over 30 should wear this

After reading the other responses I am kinda embarassed to say this, but I think they are cute. I certainly wouldnt pay $100 for it but it is a neat little way to send a shout out to your lovey. I guess I have some “growing up” to do… lol..

Maybe if you’re in the 8th school!

I can see Tom Cruise wearing this while he is jumping on his couch.

They’re cute but should not really be worn by adults.

They are $99.00 American! That’s way too much for a cute hoodie that looks like it could be purchased at Walmart for $19.00. I’d way rather buy two plain coloured hoodies and personalize them as a vVlentines gift for my hubby and I. Home made gifts have so much more sentiment and you never have to worry about looking like everyone else.

My Mom recently made us cute matching couples pj’s. We’re young (mid 20’s, however people think we are in highschool) so we enjoy that kind of stuff at the right time and place and even when we are not young we plan to stay young at heart. Is that cheesy? Too bad. A little cheese is good for you, it keeps you humble. Since we love getting dressed up in formal wear and wearing elegant clothes it’s also great to be able to just have fun and wear something cute and even a little corny. I think it’s a sad day when you are too old to wear something fun like this on a movie night or relaxing weekend. That said, I think it’s also sad to pay 99 dollars for a hoodie! I say be creative and don’t forget the kid inside or the adult who knows the value of a dollar.

I hope I didn’t offend anyone with my comments, if I did I am sorry! I posted after a very quick glance at the comments. So my comments were in no way addressed to anyone. I respect all the opinions here.

I fully understand that these hoodies are not everyone’s personal taste. Dressing age appropriately is definitely important. I just think wearing something fun and youthful once in a while is good for the soul. I love seeing a person rock a corny Christmas sweater like they just don’t care. One person’s cheese whiz is anothers camembert(not that theese hoodies are either). To each their own.

Well Take Care and have fun with what you wear!

no, thanks!

Are you all kidding!!!! These hoodies are so amazing and comfy!! I have two! One in navy and one in white!! I’m in my 20’s and live in New York City, you wouldn’t believe how many compliments I get on these!!! This company carries totes too! Three girls in my office carry their laptops around in them! Seriously, these are the next big thing here!!!!

Jane on

I am sorry but these hoodies ROCK!!!! And the cool part about them is that they can be persoanlized with all different names..nicknames like mrs. perfect and ?.
The concept is so orginal and different and creative. That is why $99 makes complete sense. They have been purchased by Atoosa Rubenstein ..who then purchased for Donald and Melania. Kelly Ripa has one and so on. They have been featured on the Today show and in INstyle magazine. They are for a person who understand how to be fun and happy!!

I am in my 40’s and have 2 as well. People stop me all the time asking me where I got my hoodie. I love the navy and gold color. Also the company Boy Meets Girl is amazing and has a full collection that is on
You have to think about how an item is personalized. This is not one of those companies that is making a standard name on every item. This company is making every hoodie with a different name on it. That is expensive if you know anything about production!

Gina on

For my best friend’s wedding, she had the personalized track suits made for all of her brides maids when we were getting ready. I can’t even tell you how cute we looked in the pictures! This hoodie is so comfortable! I’ve washed mine a thousand times and it still feels like new!!! I would spend my own money on one of these!

Sarah B. on

Robin, you are soooo right!!! I work for a company (who I won’t name), and we do the same type of stuff for weddings, bar and batz, etc, and we charge twice this much!!! If the quality is as good as i hear it is…IT’S WELL WORTH IT!

Ana on

I have been looking for these EVERYWHERE!! I saw a woman on the subway wear one of these and she couldn’t remember where she had gotten it! I’ve been searching for a year now and I don’t even have a boy friend!!!

Deb on

A hoodie is always cute and fun no matter your age. I have given these personalized hoodies to three different people all different ages. And they all LUV IT!

First one – to a BRIDE TO BE – personalized with her and her husband-to-be names on it. It was white w/ gold and she wore it on the day of her wedding to get ready. It is cute and zips, so it did not mess up her hair or make-up.

Second – sister in law in her late 30s. Personalized with her kids name on it. She loved it..thought is was thoughtful and special.

Third – my mom – who is a cool, hip grandma. She thought it was adorable.

Age is just a state of mind — and fashion should be fun.

cute for a child:)

This brand is about seeing yourself in the mirror. When you see the Boy Meets Girl logo you are exactly right BC you see a vision of a boy and a girl when they our younger. The idea is within the silhouette it can relate to anyone from a child to a hip hot momma!

Swimmy on

How cute are these. Come people you can where this all over and it’s not childish at all. But if you want to feel young more power to you. I got my friend one of these without personalizing it and now she wants another one with her and her boyfriend’s name on it. It’s all about your own style and taste and I think this company captures it all for everyone. Just look at their site — — cute, comfy and it’s all about style too — !!!

Happy Valentine’s Day — can’t wait to purchase one for me and my friend this year!

Haters Go Home on

I happen to know (by deciphering their ingenious codenames) that those who wrote negative comments are just a couple of young ladies with reason to be jealous of the designer. I think if you go by the majority of the opinions here, as well as the opinions of the various boutiques and department stores that carry the line in addition to Intuition, you’ll get a more accurate picture… trust me, you wouldn’t want to take style opinions from Crystal anyway…

Frances on

Since my wardrobe basically consists entirely of black clothing, I would definitely buy the black and pink one. This hoodie is a super cute concept and I’m sure by boyfriend would agree with me.

Tess on

I think these hoodies could be just right for a gift to my best friend. Her favorite colors are black and pink. She will love this.

Crystal Beach girl on

Hater: I’m a mature person who won’t wear childish clothing. It’s my opinion. And besides, I’m not the only one who said they wouldn’t wear it too. Also, I never gave style advise. Reread and then grow up!

Jane on

I love Boy Meets Girl!! No need for banter.

Ami on

Everyone always says they are young at heart! So, you have to be in 8th grade to wear a cute hoodie?…dont think so. I give them as gifts and own 2 sweatsuits. I get stopped EVERYWHERE by women of all ages. So, if you think these are too expensive, why don’t you take a look at how much a sweatshirt is at a department store…think you will be shocked. But, this might be too young for you if you are sticking to button down shirts and 80’s “mom” jeans up to your neck…then i would pass as well.

Hoodies on

The hoodies are very wearable in all seasons. they are available in almost all colours and design.
