Gifts For Everyone: Cult-Fave Candle

12/14/2006 at 04:12 PM ET

Votivo’s Red Currant candle has a spicy, slightly sweet, lingering (but not overpowering) scent that makes it the hands-down favorite of candle connossieurs year in and year out. You’ll sniff the scent in cool basement vintage stores and chic uptown department stores alike. Simply put (and those of you who are as obsessed as I am know what I’m talking about), it just doesn’t get old. And even better, it burns cleanly and evenly, so you can use it right down to the very last drop. This year, Votivo is turning out its best-selling candle in bright-red, festive glass with a shiny silver cover, so it looks good even when it’s not lit. This is the perfect gift for chic friends, moms….or your hard-to-shop-for boss. I plan to buy a dozen — and stash a couple away for myself. Click here to snag one (or more!) — –Elizabeth Lamont

I was just wondering if you could tell me where Kate Hudson got her gery boots featured in a photo you have of her coming out of a spa? I love those boots they have a military feel to them. If you could let me know or post it on your ” off the rack” column that would be awesome!!!
